Mac access to banking365

For the past 2 days I have been unable to log on to online banking using my MacBookPro. B of I are blaming Apple and Apple say it is a B of I glitch. I can access using my iPad and iPhone but not on Macbook with Safari/Chrome or Mozilla. Any suggestions?
