Arsenal youths live on BT Sports Europe at the moment for anyone interested. Playing Anderlecht and are a goal behind. 12 minutes played

Watching the Hammers against L-Pool now, and I'm very impressed how the hammers are set up defensively. I know they've conceded loads in the BPL, but their set up impresses me more, double teaming the likes of Coutinho as he enters the box etc, it's practically rythmical for them... Their wall was atrocious for the goal mind you!

Pity. Would of rather seen the weaker team progress. Be nice to win it for a 3rd time in a row.

The man can do whatever he likes with his money, he's under no obligation to put it into the club - which is, for him, an asset that's doing just fine without additional investment.

What I object to is the withdrawals of large sums from the club as dubious "consulting fees", which just strikes me as fraud.

Fair play to the Liverpool supporters.. There protests actually worked.
Would love to see us do something similar but i doubt we'd bother.

Its getting too bloody expensive to go to games now.

Its been too expensive for a long time, I dunno how some of the regulars do it

Buddy of mine is bringing his 2 lads over to a game next month, not one of the really big ones (let's face it, they're all big now!) and he told me how much i's costing him. I was flabbergasted. For one night in a hotel, transport and match tickets, it's costing him 1150 and that's before spending money! Any time I've gone, I stay with relations, so that reduces the cost for me. I doubt I'll be bringing the weuns any time soon! As much and all as I love my gunners, I can't justify spending that sort of money. Maybe for one of the lads big birthdays, but that will be a once off!

I think somebody might have posted this table a few weeks back. If Arsenal could get to 77 points that could very well win the league this season. Would need to get 29/39 points. Actually sounds doable. Hopefully the win last weekend was the start of some kind of form!!!

Not to put down, but even after scrappage it seems their prices have gone up.

So in actual fact LFC ST prices will have increased by 9% for next season. If thats a victory i hate to think what a defeat looks like.

That's quite funny - so they herald the scrapping of different categories and then price everything at the highest category. Brilliant !

It is a similar squad available to last week, we are still early in the week but we should have everyone available. Of course Rosicky [is out], and Wilshere is not ready. But everyone else should be available
    on Danny Welbeck…

He is doing well, it is a bit early for him maybe but he is now back to full power in training. It is a big possibility [he could be involved against Hull next week]. We gave him one or two days recovery after the under-21 game, but now he is back in full training. He has worked very hard and he is fit.

on Jack Wilshere and Santi Cazorla…
They are back running, they are on a fitness programme now so it means it is not a question of months anymore, it is a question of weeks for them to be back.

So glad to hear about Cazorla, we have missed him more than anybody else, without him we have no control of the game at all.
