Found it strange some people claiming Leicester are top because of luck yesterday.

They have only lost 2 games and gave city a lesson in their own ground.

    They have been superb.

Well look at him now banging goals regularly and getting his game in the bpl compared to Sanogo doing the square root of fúck all at Ajax

My assumption is that it's pretty much a call about putting him straight into a first team place, or letting him go and play first team elsewhere. Wenger is pretty reasonable, and would have let him go.

He was far from prolific until he went to Wolves. I'm glad he's doing well, just as long as he doesn't play well today :D

Don't think anyone would claim that they are top because of luck. They're played very well, and have been lucky with certain things such as injuries...which always helps.

Take Mahrez and/or Vardy out of the squad for 3 months, and they will be a different team.

So basically youre saying they are top because of the luck that they got no injuries:)

We'd better show some intention from the start today. I'll defened the team and manager all day long, but if they can't get it together against Bournemouth, considering the points we've dropped lately- I don't care if it's away - then something is badly wrong.

So, I'm looking for 0-3 at least.

And no pricking about in our third of the pitch either.

Our form has been crap lately, bar the 2nd half V Southampton, so to be honest, I'll take any win today, then if we do that, it will give us decent belief to go into the game v Leicester!

My biggest worry is if Wenger has the attitude that we have been playing well, but have been unlucky....and then sticks with the same team. The team needs a shake up.

To be honest, I could just about handle us throwing it away if Leicester maintain their position and win the stupid league. To be honest I'd love to see them win it (not more than us, but you know what I mean).

However, Spurs haven't collapsed yet, and I will be furious if we let them win it. Furious.

I think I will actually cry if I see Flamini's name on the team sheet again today.

    never mind them winning it.
    No St Totteringham's day?
Jokes aside, I can't even begin to imagine finishing behind them. I should though, shouldn't I?

    Not feeling confident today

Lack of goals is killing our chances of winning the league.

    Poor form to continue.

    1-1

The midfield needs to score a lot more goals. Very easy to blame Giroud but it's a team game and everybody in the team has a responsibility to score.

I often wonder why we let the likes of Afobe go, I think Wolves paid about 2 million for him, yet we persisted with Sanogo who clearly isnt much of a footballer.

    Afobe isn't French.

Ours isn't that bad really, it's scoring that has been our problem this season

Scoring has been a big problem but or defending has been an even bigger issue for me. Our defense has basically been the same 4 players all season and Monreal is the only player who you can really say has defended well. Conceding 3 goals against the likes of Zagreb, Olympiakos and Sheff Wed is nothing short of disastrous know matter what way you butter it up.

We've the 3rd best defence in the league, only Utd and Leicester have better

Scoring enough has been our problem

Our midfield has been very open recently. Hopefully the return of Coquelin and the purchase of Elneny can make things a little easier for our defenders

Utd and Spurs you mean? We have conceded 38 goals in 35 games played this season. Hardly something to write home about. For a settled back 4 that is extremely mediocre, although that seems to be accepted by certain fans these days. Luckily we have a world class goalkeeper who we can call upon to save us.

Last year 4 of the 5 Ireland 6 nations matches clashed with Arsenal in some way. I think today's match is the only one that has a slight overlap. Very considerate.

It might sound obvious but the return of Coq is huge. He is the best for that position as he has no big notions about bombing forward and has much better positional sense than his replacements. He also one of the only ones who displays any sort of leadership on the field and doesnt stop barking at those around him

Imagine the meltdowns if Ches was still in goal...

    Everyone's worst nightmare

#Arsenal Team to face Bournemouth: Cech; Bellerin, Gabriel, Koscielny, Monreal; Flamini, Ramsey; Chamberlain, Ozil, Alexis; Giroud.

    What the hell, Wenger??

Useless Flamini in the starting 11 again along with the Ox.

Looking for a big performance from the Ox because somebody needs to nail down that rw position and this could be a great game for him to do so.

    Flamini :( Sweet Jebus

Obviously Coq isnt up to full speed yet

New guy isnt even on the bench. If he's not injured than what was the fk'ing point.

edit- just saw his wife gave birth - Wenger forgiven, just.
