Can I buy a Compost bin off Cork City Council?

Does anyone know if I can get a compost bin off Cork City council? The only link I can find on their website is to write to them about it. No mention of what service they actually provide

I bought one off them a few months. Went to County Hall, paid at Fees Office and was sent to the yard at Victoria Cross. They had actually stopped selling them a few years back but found one out the back for me. That was the last one I think. Probably as cheap in Woodies
