Washed the gtv for the first time in 6 weeks
    Was absolutely filthy

Collinite is holding up well though, still getting nice beading on it since it was applied in September
Only downside to it is there's so much left and so many new waxes I want to buy

Everyone needs a clean undercarriage! Sorted with AutoGlym's Engine and Machine degreaser, a good scrub and a blast of the power hose.

Now detailing golf clubs :D This was one my dad has had for a while. It was covered in scratches from grit gathering on the sleeve of the head cover. Like new now:

Funny Curran but the window was clean, had just rained and the street light caught it, looks bad but it wasn't dirty!!

I don't believe you. Just admit it....you washed the whole car except for the windscreen.

Lovely car, but what is the deal with those side skirts? Last time I saw such poorly integrate skirts was on a 1980's E28!

De-tarred the car before going to Kerry for a few days.. Roads were absolutely shocking there.

This is only part of the car after I washed it.. Destroyed.

I got to play with this E36 today.

    zhRdsUA.jpg

Nothing too intensive, just a hand 'Polish' and wax.

The wetter than wet look in the rain while I got wet myself.

Interior was grubby so I gave it a quick rubby

That 323i is a cracking machine - was so tempted to buy it when it was for sale last time out!

They don't make them like this anymore, I starting to think cars build quality has dropped

Is it the lighting or did the boot carpet go from yellow to grey???

Funny you should say that about the E36, early quality on them was very poor, they got better later into their cycle, but it was never one of BMW's best efforts.

323i and 325i are the same basic engine but the 325i would have small changes like bigger injectors, longer stroke etc.

And bigger bore, I though the last two numbers represent the engine capacity in liters.
