Damn, lost BBC3 AND 4!!

Well, the time finally arrived when the "please insert your new sky card" popped up, so stupidly I did and now I've no Beeb 3 or 4, so can someone tell me what it is I have to do to get these channels, I still have ITV C4 and C5 on my other box with an old FTV card but the card is not married to the box so no beeb channels…

am I going to be able to get them of they go FTA? I so when is this finally going to happen. I've been up to lyngat but cant find the frequencies
