Adele's speaking voice. Shocker but has the singing voice of an angle, oh I mean angel :)

The quality of some fruit in our local shops.

My kids love strawberries and blueberries, but I have noticed that these are usually very poor when it comes to freshness and lastability.

I always pick the ones with the longest use by dates, but there is no way they ever get even close to this before they go all soggy.

Tesco and Aldi are the worst for fruit and veg IMO.

You'll be lucky to get two days out of berries and it annoys me because when I buy berries, I might not want to eat them straight away.
I do my shopping on a Thursday. If I buy berries then, I know I'll have to eat them by Saturday/Sunday at the latest.

But I might want them Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc.
I notice Lidl's fruit and veg is really fresh; even when on offer.
(I find Aldi's fruit and veg, when on offer, is nearly rotten).

I bought a lovely big fresh watermelon in Lidl last week and I got days and days out of it.
I'm going to buy all my fruit and veg in Lidl from now on.

Trivially annoyed today that I woke up coughing. My throat's all scratchy and my nose is a bit runny.

My Mam has a cold and when I visited her the other day, she said "I hope you don't get this" but I told her I most certainly would.
I am guaranteed to pick up a cold after being in someone's company who already has one.

There's nothing for it; there will have to be a few hot whiskies tonight.

Two tricks to make fruit last longer and taste better:

    1. Buy it in season, not when it had to be flown half way around the world.

    2. Berries aren't meant to last more than a couple of days, if they do they have either been pumped with who knows what within an inch of their lives, or they are unripe. If you want them to last, stick them on a tray in the freezer making sure that they don't touch one another, and when they're solid, bag them and keep them there.

When you sit down awkwardly on a public convenience to drop a duice and your bare johnson touches the cold pissy ceramic

That Hope ad on the telly for Homeless people. The 2 different voices are the same person?
How can people not notice this?

More than a bit trivially annoyed: my new phone is actually NOT a genuine Galaxy 6 or so says the insightful man at the Samsung shop when I went to get all my contacts transferred over from my old phone. I tried taking a picture and a message came up saying I was out of storage, yet when I went into the settings tab, it said there was about 19GB of storage available.
It'll download apps from the Play Store but keeps giving me an "installation failed" message whenever I click Install or Update All.
When I try to call someone on the damn phone, it sounds far away, crackly and static and I can barely hear the person on the other end even with Speaker activated.
It takes 3 times as long to send/type a bloody text message as the keys stick and I have to really jab at the letters.
I'm beyond pissed off at this and so are my parents as they honestly thought they'd nabbed a bargain.
Even worse, in anticipation of getting this so-called new phone, I restored my old secondhand S3 to factory settings as it was acting sluggish and whilst it's wiped of all my pics and music, it works fantastically compared to the fake S6. Just need to get the S3 unlocked again to the 3 Mobile network (It was originally my stepdad's phone- he's on Vodafone and he gave me it when he upgraded) and have my contacts switched back.

How much was it? Where they buy it?

Not sure- they're being coy on the info. My stepdad has suggested I bring the phone to the Chinese phone shop in my village to get them to check it out but I doubt they'd be able to help.

Three. Again. Finally ported to different network at 1pm today. Three still haven't released my number. So now have two phones until they get the finger out.

When you've lent stuff out to someone, they have it so long you have to "borrow" it back.

The quality of fruit and veg is the same everywhere, in all the supermarkets. Anyone that thinks there's a difference between the supermarkets is fooling themselves.

Whiskey though is well preserved, irrespective of where you buy it. Enjoy.

The new "easy open" wrapper on the Dairy Milk chocolate. They've made it harder to open, not easier

I hate when Evelyn Cusack presents the weather as it's always more flooding. Wouldn't be the case if it was Jean Byrne

TA'd that I'm back to work tomorrow after being off since December 15th! Even though I'm home based, I'm still TA'd!

Also TA'd that I haven't been keeping fully up to speed on this thread over the last month or 2! Every time I come in, there's always at least 4/5 pages of TA's to read through and I'm too lazy to go through them all! So TA'd at myself for that.

Also, seriously TA'd at how people use escalators!!!
Because just before you get on the escalator is the best place to stop and decide if you actually want to get on it! And just when you get off is the best time to stop to get your bearings, and figure out if you still have the ability to walk in a forward direction!! Both instances above showing absolutely no regard for the people also wanting to use the future fandangled moving stairs machine!

I woke up at 9am and I thought I'd get up, nice and refreshed, ended up falling asleep again and woke up now. My lungs and my body are so sore and are killing me for my lie in :(

I have been inadvertently drinking decaffeinated coffee this last two days. I thought my headaches were some sort of perma-hangover.

The fixed your post (FYP) responses in threads. No you didn't fix my post. My post was not broken. You edited my post to make your own point, you parasite.
