No it will be applied to a UK account where you will only be able to use it to buy stuff from the xbox uk digital store.

That's probably the most expensive I've see it on there yet. €39.90 right now. You can get a further 5% off by liking their facebook page.

I don't really see it much cheaper anywhere else reputable right now so I guess it's just a bad time to be buying it.

Saying that, it's still cheaper than buying it directly from Microsoft!

How long does it take cd keys to send the code?

Bought around a half hour ago and no sign yet. Kinda need it by 7pm.

Is it your first time using CD Keys?

First time I used it the code took a couple of hours. It's usually sent over fairly quick now.

First time I bought from them, the Quantum Break code, I had to verify my account with them before they sent the code. Perhaps log in, or check your email and see if they need it.
