I know two girls with implants. Both look better for it in my opinion.

Both were fairly flat chested. One went marginally larger, barely noticeably so (they protrude about an inch, i'd say. Hardly worth bothering with in my opinion) and the other went full on 'porn star' tits. They're huge. And amazing. And I encourage all women to do the same!

Maybe females realised that lads actually don't care what size their tits are and consequently stopped getting them done. I like breasts as much as the next man but I don't care if my future wife looks like an 11-year-old boy in the tit department.

I predict a resurgence in these yokes once the Celtic Tiger 3.0 kicks off in earnest next year. Girlies will once again have the disposable income to pay some lad to pop a load of silicone into their tits and plastic surgeons will put a feminist spin on their marketing and put the emphasis on how their implants are not like the old unreliable types.

It's probably because there's a lot more research that can be done online now compared to ten years ago.

You can see galleries of true before/after, study and decide which incision to use, choose implant shape (teardrop is the more natural one), learn that if you don't get an infection in the early stages, which could scar you, (moreso than the scar you will get from the incisions, which most girls cover up with fake tan or makeup in photos)

You will still need to pay again, and change them for new ones in another ten years. That's standard.

They can leak, of course, and you can buy silicone bra inserts online and in most lingerie departments to get an idea of what you're getting- and you might decide it's not worth it, if you already have nice breasts, or you suspect the scarring will be very noticeable.

If you have curvy hips/thighs/bum, adding large breasts in to the mix might only serve to make you look like you have more weight on you than you actually do.

And small breasts were considered beautiful for hundreds of years. They still are, we are just told by porn and everything else that only large breasts are sexual. (which is kinda true, but large breasts are not beautiful in my opinion)

Maybe everything women do isn't to please men? Some of my friends have implants and they just wanted to look more in proportion and look better in their clothes. One is a lesbian, so she couldn't care less what men think of her body.

Actually I suspect that's about as wrong as it could be.

I would imagine it's precisely the opposite, they remain the biggest cosmetic surgery procedure in the States, they are increasingly popular in Ireland, they have become more apaffordable etc. And that's why they have fallen off the radar, because they are just so common.

Know a couple of women who had them done. In fairness, it improved their clothed appearance, dresses look a lot better on them etc. But for those of us who knew them before the procedure you kinda think the effect, the admiration, is a lot more reduced.

I think it is about attracting the opposite sex too, but that is not the only reason. It's one of a number I think. I'd like a flatter stomach, but not particularly for men - men don't take notice of my stomach anyway as I'm not exactly carrying a tyre! But it would mean I could wear more figure-hugging tops and dresses, as they would look so much better on me.

Yeah the woman I know who got implants always had a boyfriend, was rarely single - she just wanted more than a flat chest.

Of the two I know who had them done, one is married, the other in a long term relationship. Both had zero interest in attracting anyone else, they did it to look better and thus feel better about themselves.
