What ever happened to breast implants ?

    About 10 years ago most girls were getting breast implants but now I don't hear anything at all about them.

    "most" women didn't. Some did, the way some do now.

    Only difference I can see is that the majority of people getting them are going for 'natural' looking cup sizes (B to D or whatever), rather than the previous trend for impossibly large, fake looking implants.

    No massive balloon implants = no media frenzy.

    There doesn't seem to be any less getting them now than there were 10 years ago, i.e. not many - the odd famous person lets it be known. Same as ever.

    Most girls don't get them, I'd bet my life savings less than 5% even get them.
    Also they've probably advanced a lot in the last decade and are a lot more natural looking, thus you don't notice the implants and think less people are getting them.

    The reason there used to be a lot of dog poo is because owners used to feed their mutts on bones, high level of calcium; hence the white colour.

    I'd imagine there aren't as many boob jobs these days because of the leaky implants from a few years ago, that would have put a lot of women off.

    It always takes years and years for anyone to pay attention to what men have to say but I think finally they actually started to believe us when we said they were ugly looking monstrosities. Never seen a pair of bolt ons that made a woman look more attractive than she would without. Even if she was flat chested, a woman looks infinitely sexier than she would with those lumps of silicone stuck to her. Imagine Michelle Pfeiffffferrrrr had had fake tits put in after Grease 2. Not a chance she'd have been seen as the classy bit of skirt she was since.

    Maybe (and I'm hypothesising) women are more likely to get them at a young age and you and your peers just got older as ten years passed.
