Happy enough with my lot. Probably light at RB but looking for big things from my WRs

I ended up with 6 middle of the road RBs and 2 TEs for some reason

Feck, fell asleep before the draft and slept through it (just back from a work trip to India, still jetlagged).

Made kind of a balls of my pre-draft selection too, set it up to take a WR in the 1st round (I was thinking 'zig when others are zagging')....and it picked Antonio Brown ahead of Peterson. D'Oh! Would've liked Peterson, didn't think he'd be there at 5.

    Ended up with:

    5 Antonio Brown, Pit WR
    20 Jeremy Hill, Cin RB
    29 DeAndre Hopkins, Hou WR
    44 Jonathan Stewart, Car RB
    53 Peyton Manning, Den QB
    68 Allen Robinson, Jac WR
    77 LeGarrette Blount, NE RB
    92 Roddy White, Atl WR
    101 Zach Ertz, Phi TE
    116 Delanie Walker, Ten TE
    125 Charles Sims, TB RB
    140 Breshad Perriman, Bal WR
    149 Colin Kaepernick, SF QB
    164 Ravens D/ST D/ST
    173 Steven Hauschka, Sea K

Anyone wants my team they can have it.

Was just checking my team out and noticed projected score for Aaron Rodgers was 5.5. That shocked me a little so checked the scoring settings. Doesn't seem to be any points for yardage, passing rushing and receiving. Needs to be checked out and amended before tomorrow

Thanks, sorted. ESPN is not that user friendly for scoring systems, I hadn't realized that I had to enter the fractional values manually.

    So scoring is...
    1 passing yard = 0.04 points
    1 rushing yard = 0.1 points
    1 receiving yard = 0.1 points

Good spot Spongey but just on the projections, my kicker and DST have decimals too. Is this a new thing (average?) or a glitch or something in the settings?

Its an average taken. if a kicker is projected to make 24 FGs in a season then thats averaged at 1.5 a game. Same with stats for all positions but since we going with decimal scoring this year the kickers and DST will show decimal projections

Hmm. I always assumed the projections were each week. They change (or at least I thought they did)

Not that you'd be basing anything on those...

Scraped a win against Spongey this week, literally. Thank you fractional scoring, won by 0.3 points, Carlos Hyde won it for me with his 32 odd points. (And I just traded for him two days before).

Rotten luck last year, maybe it's turning this year...(cue five straight losses...).

Fantasy Football is a stupid game.

I started 3 RB's, none scored over 10 points. I had only one player score more than 20 and that idiot Vinatieri scored negative.

I stand by my stupid comment from last week.

My whole team is on the trading block. Any realistic offers accepted

I was up against Antonio Brown (36.5) and Allen Robinson (33.5) and still managed to squeek out a win. The Ravens D got him -3 and I won by 5.

Fell asleep before the end of the late afternoon games so shocked to see the win this morning.

Going into the 4th and all I need is 4 points from Luck. 0 Right now. Madness

I think .2 is the closest win I've ever had! Just have to wait out the stat corrections now.

That was me who beat you this week. In fairness, neither of us could really have complained about losing this week, you were the lowest scorer in the league, I was the second lowest.

That´s the second win I have just scraped this year, am now 4-2 with no right to be. Still, I had a better team and rotten luck last year, so swings and roundabouts.

Edit: Wait a fcuking second, just checked standings and I am actually 3-3. STAT CORRECTION! Ended up losing by 0.2. I take back what I said about luck........ Can't actually find what changed between Tuesday and now, but I now have to agree, FF is stupid...

HA HA!! Yeah, awful from both of us but I'll take it!!!

They actually changed quite a bit on my team.
They took a fumble from Demarco Murray (yay!) but gave it to Sam Bradford (boo!)

They gave Murray 3 extra yards rushing. Giddy up!

Someone is going to be really sickened by a loss tomorrow, either me or Foxboro Legends. We're the two highest scorers of the week, both will end up with over 150 points (Brees and Cooks on their own got me almost 80 pts), and one of us will lose.

Going to be hard to take for the loser, especially as it could be key in playoff run-in with both of us on 4-3. I need the Carolina D to score 9 points. Reckon it is 50-50. (FF is bizarre, especially this league, I scored 80 pts two weeks ago and almost won)

What the fcuk? I woke up this morning and I had won the matchup, the Carolina D got me 9 pts, which was all I needed. I was 0.6 ahead.

Then I check the standing two hours later and I am 4-4. Turns out I lost. Somewhere between 8.30 and 10.30 I lost 2 points from somewhere. Possibly an extra pick for Brees that seemed to come out of nowhere. No stat correction info anywhere.

This league is really kicking my ass.

To sum up my PPR week. Grabbed Osweiler during the week to replace Bortles and for whatever reason forgot the Jags played on thursday fail number 1. Grabbed Rawls as a handcuff for the banged up Lynch and I go to Fenway early this morning and forgot completely to check this afternoon if Lynch was starting. Fail 2. Dumb ass I am. My Bench of 3 players out scored my starting team by 4 points

Congrats to TO and Owls/Lions, a consistently high scoring team all year and the best team in the playoffs.

Also breaks Spongey's streak of consecutive wins of this league. Competitive as always, looking forward to next year. (Maybe I can finally make the playoffs, fifth, sixth or seventh almost every year in this league.....midtable mediocrity!)
