    I will be going off the booze and eating healthily (no chocolate etc) for the month of January. And will be trying to get fitter.
    So am looking forward to feeling and looking a lot better. At the moment Shane Magowan would feel pity for me!

    Not so much "resolutions" but fitness targets/events for the year. Each year I try to outdo the last (and I won't be happy until I put myself in hospital apparently)

    I weighed myself a few days ago, sighed and stuffed myself for Christmas, got the OH to hide the chocolate from me today, the detox begins!!

    A dashcam? Do you turn it towards you so as it records your driving, now that you're a senior citizen?
