Just listening to one of Puscifers new songs. So damn good. It is way more along the lines of A Perfect Circle than their previous stuff

Had a listen to the latest album by 'Betwen The Buried and Me' called 'Coma Ecliptic'.
It's obvious that these guys are solid musicians but I couldn't get into this album at all.
Clocks in at over 60 minutes and I kept waiting for something to wow me but it never came.0 -

Absolutely adored the game Undertale, and one of the reasons I loved it so much was the incredible soundtrack.
So naturally, Undertale + Metal = awesome!

Giving a listen to 'Rhapsody Of Fire's' new album 'Into The Legend'.
Can't beat a bit of cheesy power metal of a Friday evening. The type of music I imagine sailors drinking to on a mad vessel of some sorts.

I was just checking out what new releases were available for my listening pleasure. Obviously Megadeth's latest is out but I did notice that German speed metal legends 'Rage' have a new EP out now.
It's on Spotify thankfully and it's damn enjoyable. Nice little treat.0 -

Trivium's latest album 'Silence In The Snow'.
I quite like Trivium and I'll always give anything they release a listen. Musicianship is certainly their strongest point and always has been and Matt Heafy's clean vocals have never sounded better.
That said, I found this to be a really bland album. Nothing really stood out for me on first listen. A drab effort.
For a long time I thought 'The Crusade' was their worst album but even that album has a bit of character to it.0
