Freesat channel logos not appearing on epg

    I got a humax hdr 1000s four days ago. When i first turned it on the channel logos weren't there but they appeared shortly after being in standby. I then found the latest software update on the humax site and installed it with usb ever since the channel logos won't load on the epg. Is this a software issue that everyone is experiencing or is there something i can do? thanks

    I don't own a freetime box, but I have the older humax foxsat,
    Did you try a factory reset?

    I had a problem with On Demand logos not appearing after latest update on my HDR1000.
    Unpluged box for 10 secs. Logos then appeared after restart.

    I factory reset it and unplugged it but hasn't worked

    i'll add that i only have one input in it at the moment if that matters. maybe it needs second input to update that stuff in background or something?
