They can't go building thousands of one off's and rely on the €90 a year property tax to sustain them. Someone in Dublin would be paying €495 for a similar house and the cost to provide services to it would be far less.

Well in Ireland you are sorted by the govt, so everyone can just have 3,4,5 + kids ..
