    Agreed it is in the northern tier of the United States from the trees, does not look like Montana to me, rather flat in the background, more likely to be in the Great Lakes or northern New England perhaps. Given the view is northeast with the faint hint of a river or narrow lake in the background, this may help in the search. It could also be somewhere in northwest WA as not all scenery there has mountains.

    The green sign is a Sinclair gas station, I think.

    So I found a list of their stations and nothing east of Wisconsin, also nothing in WA state, so this leads me to speculate it is between eastern Montana and northern Minnesota, including the Dakotas. Could be as far south as Iowa perhaps.

    I'm not sure if Dildo has been confirmed as the correct name, but it doesn't look like Dildo Newfoundland.
    Google doesn't know about any other Dildo places
    Too much green to be Greenland.
    SUV looks American so I'm guessing some Inuit community on the Newfoundland/Labrador side of Canada.
    But no idea what town.
    Face grew up in White Sulphur Springs.
