Flaming playing very deep for the last two games, good to see for once.

Just don't do that thing where we concede at half-time....

Vila a bundle of nerves at the back.
We should be putting this to bed now.
    Let Walcott run at them.

Love the Ozil/Ramsey partnership. Henrys record will be Ozils soon :)

    Nicking a living

Think he's 2 off arsenals assist record for a league season & it's not half way through this one yet

It's funny. I always thought we needed to have at least one of Theo/Ox/Welbeck playing to be effective counter-attacking.

The reality is we don't necessarily need any of them. Ramsey also offers something to a counter-attack that Santi simply can't.

Beautiful football to watch. More humble pie from Ozil to ram down the necks of the idiot British media.

Feel a bit for Remi Garde. Villa are awful.

As soon as the whistle went it was certain he'd hit the inside of the side netting. :p

Missed all but the last 10 minutes of that half, how has Walcott looked? He seemed fairly sharp there for his offside goal, some finish

You know Walcott was involved and Giroud was next in line beside Ramsey? :p Cazorla plays deeper when in the middle, that there was just a lovely spring-out with Villa not prepared for losing the ball.

There must be a savage pay out but for a manager with a bit of ambition to go further in the game i think Garde was insane to go near that basket case of a club.

Playing well. Couple of needless offsides but good other than that.

Ramsey now have 2 goals and an assist since moving back into the middle

We need to find a partner for him

We need to find a partner for him

If Coquelin cant play with him, tough luck on him. Its harsh but we have to build our midfield around Ozil and Ramsey. I'm sure they could play together though with a run of a few games.

Ramsey looks a different player playing in the center. Still a few misplaced passes but 2-0 at HT is fantastic.

If Ozil's playing like this, and we have good wingers, then Coq can partner him.

As nice an idea as that is, how can we build a midfield around one of our most injury prone players?

From looking at the BBC Sport site's table, a goal or two more in the current game would make a more comfortable goal difference.

And he won the initial tackle just outside our box to set it up. Great play.
He's given the ball away a few times but he has some engine to get forward and adds so much to the team when playing in the middle.

I think your right but as was mentioned earlier if coq can't then touch luck on him

The Ramsey conundrum is very interesting. we have been winning games and he contributing unbelievably but ya do see the importance of Cazorla in the deeper part of the play and our ability to control and dictate the game. can't see how we accomodate both so maybe we just rotate?
