Anschutz Front Sight

    Does anyone know if the hooded front sight on a Anschutz 1710 is removable to allow the barrel to be threaded for a mod?

    I believe it can, if you have a look under the hood its probably screwed onto the barrel, If you check it out let us know, thanks

    Front sight on the 1710 is retained with 2 screws (m3 thread I think).
