Well the head ones are pretty easy to do, but that full body one of DooDee took me around 3 hours. What I do is create 2 new layers above the background one, one is named outline the other called color. In the outline layer you add in the details (hair eyes nose head etc) in a one pixel thin black brush. A tablet mouse thingy is necessary. Then in color I just add in the tones and basic colors. On the full body ones I need to do a wireframe skeleton sketch first to know where everything is going.

I really like the way your hair colours are completely abstract, just like anime and all

I also love the way Gordon and Monty look, Monty's pulling the usual nutter face, and Gordon looking a bit suspicious there or something. Hehe.

Doesn't really have to have any plot - just (if you can) give it a funny feel... Like the hand drawn comics on something awful... They took the piss out of a rake of films... It looked **** but some of them had me in bits laughing... Can't remember the link.
