Help needed

I am looking to buy a laptop as a christmas present? I have a budget of €200-300. I have looked at quite a bit and don't see any laptops that seem to be available at that price that have a 4GB RAM. Am I limited to 2GB RAM in my price range or is there some bargain out there? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is good for 300, also decently faster than those Atom-based 'N' series processors.
