    only ordered on friday but the Events just seem to confuse me.
    I used the Ups shipping.
    Here are the events and times

    2015-11-27 at 02:32 Online-Order
    2015-11-27 at 11:54 Due to your payment the order was cleared for delivery.
    2015-11-27 at 11:54 Your payment conclusion was confirmed us.
    2015-11-27 at 13:09 The goods are ready for collection or assembling.
    2015-11-27 at 13:09 The invoice was made.
    2015-11-27 at 13:35 We booked your return consignment.
    2015-11-27 at 13:39 A Credit note was made.

    What do the last 2 mean, why would they credit me?

    Aren't we not supposed to be ordering from them anymore?

    All those notices are on the same day. That's a lot of detail for them just saying they're doing their usual routine.

    I hope you paid by credit card rather than by bank transfer for your own sake in case they are playing silly buggers.
    Fire them off a mail in german , use google translate, to help. Ask if everything is ok.

    It should be ok

    I used my debit card (hope thats safe)

    Il give them a couple of working days to see if the events change

    the money just went back into my bank account for seemingly no reason, still have recieved no answer from my email i sent on monday, il send another one today.
