    It's very hard to guess exact location and Google say nothing this time. My first impression that it is in one of the Baltic states I would say Latvia?

    we have the right country mentioned.. USA so thumbs up for those that said it.

    and just to let you know this is not a google maps image but one of those images on maps that can be turned around. thingy ma jig. you cannot see it from maps but there is plenty of photos of this famous building. MOre famous now in recent times mmmmm
