Haha well if you really want to know, I'll pm you.

I'll spare everyone the details here since I wouldn't want to give savage tyrant or boom bap or any other bearded men an inflated ego :)
Its back on my bucket list now :D

    The dirt of ye all!

Adverts timewasters. They seem to follow a pattern - endless questions and tyre kicking followed by an offer. Once you accept they disappear off the face of the planet and never reply to any messages.

    Bástards!

And the default offer seems to be a swap for two second hand PS2 games.

In fairness though, I have sold a few watches and some furniture on adverts and have not been messed around too much.

On the same vein... It's annoying as fućk when a seller lists an item then after a few days stops replying to or checking on the add.... Either mark it sold or withdrawn or something....

People who upload near a hundred Selfies on Facebook a day.

No matter how many times I delete the bastards another one quickly takes their place!

I am more than trivially annoyed that my fantasy football team is absolutely cursed. And badly managed. And not too many people understand how important that is!

I bought a 16 GB flash drive on Friday and just took it out to test it. It doesn't have a full 16gb of storage-more like 14.4gb. Where did the other bites of memory go? Also, why is there no loop on it to hook it to my keyring? *sigh*

It's a difference in units. You're used to the decimal gigabyte which is the equivalent of a 1000 megabytes, 1,000,000,000 bytes etc. Your computer reads it in binary gibibytes where a gibibyte is 1024 mebibytes, 1 mebibytes is 1024 kibibytes etc.

So there are more bytes in 1 gibibyte(1,073,741,824 bytes) than there are in one 1 gigabyte(1,000,000,000 bytes). Hence why your computer says your 16 gigabyte flash drive is only 14.4 gibibytes.

It's still not 16 gigabytes though. If you look at its properties, it will say 15,464,349,696 bytes which is only 15.46 gigabytes! Bastards!

Packages that are so well wrapped it's like the sender is deliberately trying to ensure that you'll never access the contents.

I sometimes do end up doing packing in work and if I'm full of messing (Highly possible if it's so quiet I'm packing)....I do pack and wrap very well :pac: :pac:

I think it's almost worse when you order something that's so badly packaged that when you get it it's irreparably damaged.

Oh yeah, definitely worse, at least the contents are intact, but jaysus this is tedious trying to open this lol

The voltoral ad. My husband was in pain but NOT tonight!!! If you couldn't see the screen you'd imagine her being ridden into the ground. It's head wrecking.

You know, that's genuinely actually never occurred to me until you said it! :D

It's just the self satisfied tone in her voice. If you had never heard without seeing it wouldn't occur to you or else I'm just a sicko.

I'm quite fond of hot chocolate in these bracing winter months and I *love* anything cherry flavoured so imagine my delight when I spotted a concoction called a Black Forest Hot Chocolate on the menu at my local Costa. Got one the other day and devoured it with gusto only to recoil in horror when, later that evening, I punched it into MyFitnessPal and discovered it was over 600+ calories! D:
Time to switch to skimmed milk and skip the cream, methinks...
*sigh* Why must everything I love be immoral, illegal or fattening?

In fairness, I'm surprised that something called Black Forest Hot Chocolate wasn't 1,000 calories, never mind 600.

Having been away for a week in 25 - 28 degree heat, got back yesterday, I wake up this morning shivering in the bed, throat closed up, can barely breath. The sharp temperature change has really messed me up.
Ah well, I can catch up on last week's telly today.
