AliExpress can't change Billing Address country

I'm trying to buy something on AliExpress at the moment. I have my shipping address set up as my Virtual DPD Parcel Wizard address in the UK and I when I got to checkout this address is automatically populated as my billing address.

I want to pay for the order using my Revolut card because it'll work out a bit cheaper. When I choose the "change billing address" option I can remove the DPD address and enter a new address but in the country dropdown the United Kingdom and Canada (bizarrely) are the only two options to choose from. My Revolut billing address is in Ireland so it won't accept this new billing address.

I've gone into my account on AliExpress but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to enter a new card, you only seem to be able to do this on the checkout page. Surely you can have the billing address in one country (Ireland) and the delivery address in another (UK)?

I have emailed AliExpress about this about a day ago but haven't even gotten an acknowledgement email yet. Has anyone run into this issue before?

I don't see the option for a billing address in my account or when placing an order, only the shipping address, but you shouldn't have a problem shipping to an address other than card address or not having the same country for shipping as your billing address. I paid for order and got them shipped to UK and Spain without any problems.
