So now you're worried about the law? What about the Dublin Regulations? By their rule, anyone who left Greece isn't an asylum seeker any more and is an economic migrant.

The small children whose parents put them on the boat and drove that boat?

because I specifically referenced the rest of the world.
there aren't even daily occurrences of terrorist attacks in overwhelmingly Islamic countries. there are only a handful of attacks in most Islamic countries for the whole year.
and no, I don't see what you did there. I kind of see what you were attempting, but it doesn't really work.

I'm failing to see where you're going with your posts. How many attacks do you want to see before you think there's a problem? Even one attack is one too many!

The coalition need to cop onto themselves as of now...stop being driven by greed and use their might to make the world better as opposed to using it to further their resource portfolios. They need to stop meddling in other countries affairs and they need to stop the cosy relationship with terrorists Saudi, Qatar, Yemen, Turkey etc... Oh yeah and cancel that disgusting corrupt Qatar world cup....

Muslims need to start speaking up more and increase transparency, join the mainstream, mix more they need to be vigilant and uncover extremism.

I'm not pro Russian either but I like their targeted approach to Isis....it's a better idea than arming them...

Has anyone here been to St Denis in the Paris Suburbs? It is fairly run down, full of immigrants and 2nd gen immigrants, next to no white people, out and out breeding ground for potential ISIS.

The immigration problem is already in places like St Denis in Paris, London, Germany and many other countries, it should not be allowed to happen here, as it a catalyst for this type of event.

I am sure that certain people will use last night to argue the Syrian refugee crisis, but that is not the cause of last night, even if half of them came to France that way, the issue was already in Paris long long ago.

the seeds for last night were sown after WW2 when France imported people from its colonies to rebuild the country after the war's devastation. The current refugee crisis is now sowing the seeds for our future generations. Incidents like last night will be repeated over and over for the next 50 years

I am struggling to get the bigger picture here. I think it's always important to ask the 5 Whys. The 5th Why more often than not identifies root cause.
    Can someone, ideally someone balanced, knowledgeable and intelligent, please give fill in the answers to the 5 Whys;

Q1 Why did several people murder many French people in Paris last night and subsequently commit suicide?
    A. ???
    Q2. Why above?
    A. ???
    Q3. Why above?
    A. ???
    Q4. Why above?
    A. ???
    Q5. Why above?
    A. ???

    Thanks in advance.

Here and elsewhere I'm seeing loads of "Muslims are not terrorists" talk, which is right, because it's true. It is putting the cart before the horse, though. What are Muslims themselves going to do about this? I see millions of decent, hospitable, hard-working people who are tied, by their religion, to a death cult over which they have no control. Make no mistake - the events of Friday the 13th are Islam in its original, purest form. Salafii-Jihadists such as Daesh are the ones trying to take Islam back to where it started: a single caliphate where no other religions are tolerated in any form. They are not heretics, or deluded, or criminals: they are the Real Islam, the way it was originally intended.

So, what is the average Muslim to do, when you look at the news and don't recognise what is being done in the name of your religion? Why get all defensive about it? Don't be a victim. This is your chance to say "this is not my religion", and leave Islam behind. If you can't leave, because of threats to your family or your livelihood, or for "cultural reasons", I'd call this a good time to ask: "just what good is Islam doing me, anyway?" You're better than that. :o

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

They hate women, but you never hear the feminists call them out. But by god you hear about how male footballers are paid more than their female counterparts.

They hate everything a free and liberal society adores. Yet they are the ones using it to their advantage in shutting down speech. THe left are just plain crazy. They think everybody is equal...

Heres a bit of a shocker to some of you folk there behind your keyboards....
We are not equal. I wish it were true that everybody gets a fair chance. it would make life an awful lot easier.
    But its not.

And no amount of beating chests and empty rhetoric will ever change that.

So how do you talk to them.

How do you talk to people that have studied the koran for their whole lives and are so completely brainwashed by it that they will commit suicide to take an unbeliever with them.

Are you having an argument with yourself there? Might want to get yourself checked out.

    Expel all the Muslims?

    You kill them.

Why do clowns pretend that "the left" don't want to come down hard on ISIS?

The only thing I've seen here is people argue that carpet bombing all Muslims and/or refugee's might not be the best approach, and certain other posters then freak out out this along the lines of "OH SO YOU WANT IRELAND TO BE BOMBED THEN?" and what not.

It's like thinking about it tactically gets you labelled "a leftist loon" and the only full red blooded thing to do is indiscriminately kill 'em all, concentration camps, ship them off to the moon etc. and ignore all root causes and never ask why to anything..

Christianity used to be pretty similar until people got educated and told the fellas in the funny hats to get-out of it. You need a mass public change in attitude towards teachings. If people try to justify a sky wizards teachings to do violence then they need to look long an hard in the mirror.

The seeds were actually from all the Christian and Muslim crusades that have been going on for hundreds of years. Basically religion is the problem.

Why do non Islam immigrants fit in better and integrate? Like we don't have this problem with poles but I guarantee if 300k Muslims came to Ireland instead of eastern Europeans we'd have a serious ****ing situation on our hands. Especially when their birth rate is so much higher.

I'm actually so ****ing greatful we got the types of immigrants we did during our boom. their grand kids will all be as Irish as they come in 50 or 100 years. their name will be the only way to tell. If they were all Muslims it's a scary thought 100 years down the line.

I think the problem here is that these people decapitate, burn, drown people for the shock value of it. They could put a bullet in their captives heads but it is no where near a much of a statement as releasing video clips of decapitation.

I dont care how close anyone follows any religion ... for someone to do the killings they are doing of hostages using the methods they are using ... they were evil psychopaths prior to getting pulled into the jihadi world ... you do not turn from little johnny down the street into an evil sadistic murdering pig unless little johnny was already an evil sadistic little c*nt that needed an excuse...

I can't help thinking of the families who are left behind. All the hopes and dreams they had for their loved ones gone, memories that will never be made, thinking what if and so much more that maybe won't creep into their minds now but will in the future. Whatever it takes, these terrorists have to pay for what they did last night and have done to their own country. They don't have a religion, they have nothing short of a satanic cult.

No, we arrest those related to it and leave them in the deepest, darkest hole we can find.

You seem to think I hate all Muslims, I don't. I just care more about my fellow citizens than your fragile sensibilities and your moronic philanthropic ideals. I've actively encouraged my Syrian and Turkish friends to move to Ireland once they have a degree in an industry we need, because they want to live in the West, and these people are secular.

But, yeah, if you need me to say I hate all Muslims so you can pat yourself on the back for "sticking it to the fascists", here: I hate all Muslims.

    Enjoy yourself :)

I'd book your holidays in the states for the next few years folks because our latest influx is going to see Europe attacked time and again for years to come. Sheer madness to allow this unfettered mass migration with no controls especially coming from the areas and ethos they came from. Young men arriving a borders with kids but no women in tow. Merkel will have alot of blood on her hands when this is finished.

Its time to put a stop to all the pc lets all be friends bs and get realistic. Anyone who pronounces hate for the west or has leanings towards radical islam should be shipped off to the sh1thole sandbox from whence they or their ancestors came and let see how crap life in the west really is.

I don't know about that, it's done quite regularly in parts of africa with child soldiers. They DO turn kids into killers, but i wouldnt say they were already little c*nts. Similarly we know of whole nations who were turned into sadistic killers by brainwashing at a state level (Cambodia and PolPot etc). Religion sure does lubricate the machine though.
