Could Ireland get attacked someday . The UK will be next. Why is France always a target

As many as 100 reported dead according to some reports..but its probably getting very hectic over there and communication is surely very unreliable at this stage . But it is turning out to be one of the biggest terror attacks on the west since 9/11

one who'll have the balls to do what needs to be done.

And again what needs to be done exactly?

So ignore the wider context? Rose tinted glasses.

On. Every. Single. Such. Incident, though?

Is it really needed? Didn't solve anything the first time. Or the second time. Or etc. etc. Won't solve anything now, except to give an opportunity for people to spout their uninformed vitriolic racist opinions and to have the same arguments over and over and over.

The same thing after a gun shooting in America.

Guns are bad. Guns are good. You're wrong. You're wrong. No, you're wrong.

Terrorists. Muslims are bad. Emigration is bad. Tighter controls. Rabble rabble rabble.

    Change the record.

And look at the lack of leadership and indecisiveness at EU level these days. A strong leader needs to step up to the plate quickly.

That's dangerous talk. We know where that lead in 1930s and 1940s. But what can we do.

You've got to be kidding. Islam has been constantly at war with Europe since the the 7th century. If it wasn't for Charles Martel and his army at the Battle of Tours western europe would probably be speaking arabic now, the same for King Jan Sobieski and his Polish winged hussars who saved Vienna in 1683, Islam has never been a religion of peace, it has constantly expanded bringing violence wherever it goes.

Oh so you're going back to the 7th century? Because Christians never engaged in warfare back then, did they?

Muslims have been no problem for people in Ireland. Relations here are good.

Armchair war hawks will be the ones most likely to alter that.

Over 7% of the population are Muslim so obviously also a higher percentage of people there who may be swayed by extremist Muslims beliefs.

I really think Ireland won't have anything like this.

It is lazy and immoral for anyone to damn an entire group based upon the actions of a few.

Islam has been around for centuries and has been able to co-exist without problems. The instability of the last fifteen years has its origins with the hawks of the West who used language akin to your own.

When you dehumanise your fellow man and compare them to 'rats' or 'aliens' it is the first step towards genocide. Is that what you want?

It is an alien idiology. I did not say they were aliens (WTF?)

I don't dehumanise them, I never said "rats". They are human, men and women, and children. I pray that they will wake up and snap out of their delusional devotion to a dangerous belief system.

    France closing its borders.
Really bad taste in the mouth that such a progressive, diverse culture has been hijacked by savages exploiting this very diversity.

Imagine if Wexford town was attacked and he posted about us allowing the use of Shannon.
