Have I bought some dodgy coils?

Ordered some Nautilus mini coils cheap from Amazon, put one in because I wanted to try some new juice and the thing was quite hard to draw on, even with the biggest air hole, made a lot of popping noises and felt like it was over heating. Put the old one back in and it's back to normal. Is this normal, did I do something wrong or have I wasted my money??

Could be dodgy. Have you checked the scratch code on the back of the pack to see if they're genuine?

No there was a code which I typed it into the aspire website. I left the seller a message. Oh well, it was only a couple of quid.

I bought some nautilus coils from efun and they weren't wicking well.

I checked the code on the box and they were genuine. Sometimes you just get a bad batch.
