Not getting password reset emails

I can't login to my account.

[This is a friend's account].

I tried to reset the password several times but it's not going to my email address [eventhough it's the same email that I registered with].

What do i do now?

Hello there.

You should send an e-mail to hello [at] boards dot ie with the account details, as well as the e-mail address associated with the account, and someone will look into it for you.

Thanks for the reply.

I have sent 2 emails to that address but haven't received any reply.

I'm not sure how actively that address is monitored?

Perhaps there is a mod i could contact directly who could help?

I'm afraid it's not monitored at the weekend but I have replied to what I think is your email earlier this morning anyway.

OK I think I figured out the problem.

I still did not receive any emails, so I just checked and I had apparently added boards.ie to my blocked senders list in my email account.

So the emails weren't even going to my junk folder.

I must have blocked it years ago when I was getting too many notifications.

OK I'll try again and hopefully can get into my account now...

To clarify: the problem was that I had unknowingly blocked the boards.ie email address.
