50% R Scanning error....

Hi, this error is just after popping up on my horizon box out of nowhere, plugged it out and in again and nothing.

Anyone know anything about it?

It does that when loading code. It's not an error message.

Also, powedycling any device which is in a loading state tends to wreck it.

its now saying installation on the horizon box and please select english on the TV screen but when i press ok on the remote nothing happens.

You probably need to re-pair the remote back to the box. On the back of the remote you'll see a button with two arrows on it(right of 0) Hold it down till the lock key(left of 0) flashes. Remote should now be paired with box.

That worked thanks.

However i have no channels bar rte1, other tvs and internet working fine.

Put in standby for an hour.it should do a reboot itself after 10 mins or so which is its self check.
