    Is there an app you can get that would translate live radio in to text so to speak so the deaf could "listen" to Joe and then pass comment here?

    Well said, any changes to the car need to be notified in advance for policy verification and changes, obviously the insurance went up, since he didnt notify the change made to the car.......
