Tattoo after care and germolene

I couldn't get Bepanthan so I thought bepantiseptic would be the same thing, but Iv just realised that it's formally germolene. Iv used it about for times on my tattoo before I got my hands on Bepanthan but I'm just wondering how much damage I may have done?
