Basic tablet with a SIM

Hi Guys

Can anyone recommend a tablet that will take a SIM? I want to run a specific app for credit card transactions. Keeping costs down I can use a SIM only plan from a mobile operator but if I buy a tablet from them I'm into a contract with a data limit I don't need

How big does it need to be? You could get a basic android phablet (Chinese ) that would provide sim capabilities?

Doesn't have to be big. I just need to run a single app (sumup) in a retail environment with no broadband

If you only need a basic GSM tablet, specifically to use for an app, then you could go for a relatively cheap one like the Lenovo A8 - 500

Both are old, with older versions of Android, but for what you need, might just fit the bill.
For a few extra euro, you could go for this sim-free Nexus 7 (2013) and it would be updated to Marshmallow
