No not all , but ones I've seen it in myself are neverwinter and borderlands.

I'm convinced it's tied to the RT to move down on the dashboard, as when I press RT in game it will for example in my bag or menu move down a slot instead of right to the next bag or menu section.

I get this 2-3 times out of 5 presses of RT on average.

I haven't heard of any issues like that but I'll take a nosy at never winter tomorrow. Have you checked for a controller update, sometimes they don't pop.

Edit: actually if you can repro it consistanly have you access to file a bug/ user feedback?

It's meant to be amazing, but the tiny field of view apparently cripples it.

Got the new dash last night..

Have to get use to it...missing the old dash at the moment.

Got it this morning myself, looked good, already seen a couple of formatting bugs though. It's nice being able to add unlimited (?) pins to your homescreen now, the limit before was too low.

Got the new dash, liking it a lot. Much easier to navigate once you get used to it!

It's easier to navigate with the controllers, but seems to me to be harder to navigate with the Remote Control (and therefore probably the Xbox Windows app remote control)

SO you can use Cortana already, pretty decent :D

If you go to the setting tab on the guide, press up once and press A few times it will snap cortana and it actually works.

Holy shítttt Cortana is so good! I'm asking her random questions and speaking fast and she's understanding everything and speaking back the answers with no delay. Unreal! :D

US but my friend has it set to UK and can use it too. Why?

Do you need to have Kinect to use Cortana or can you use the Headset or just type in a question?

Just wondering, I have mine set to Ireland and it wasn't working. Might switch it over, but then the TV listings don't work...annoying. I wish they'd let Irish people opt-in to UK Cortana.

Supposedly 1 of the main reasons they've pushed full release of cortana back to 2016 is because they're working hard to get it working for those without kinect too.

At the moment, if you bring Cortana up via the hidden menu, you CAN type any question yes.

I am really considering picking up a Kinect 2 for the next big update. Am I mad?

Yeah you're right. I brought cortana up whilst set to Ireland and it just says "I'm afraid I'm not available to help in your region".

It's the same on Windows 10 at the moment with Cortana, so as soon as they have it up and running on 10, it should be on XB1.

I don't know about everyone else but I love my kinect & would never sell it.

The voice commands once you get used to them you'll feel empty without them :D

Also, if you ever use Skype video chat then the kinect is ridiculously clear full hd video.

CeX are selling them for €50 if you have 1 near you: https://ie.webuy.com/product.php?sku=SXB1OFFKIN2#.Vhecf3pVhBc

Cortana isn't even supposed to be visible, you are jumping the gun a bit ;)

I love the voice control aspects that Kinect brings, but honestly - if Microsoft were to enable USB microphone accessories, I think that'd be enough. The rest of it isn't that integral to the system unfortunately - I like the face-tracking zoom features in Skype, but I hardly ever use Skype anymore.

Ah jaysus, you have sold it to me. I have CEX across the road. Will tip in after work and pick one up. Anyone ever bought off CEX? Are the items in there good condition/quality? I am a picky ****er when it comes to what I own :)

I got my kinect from CeX for €25 a year ago and it's still working fine, I don't use it for gaming but the voice commands are so handy.

Cheers, will pick one up tonight so, I always wanted one but when I could get the XO for 390 instead of 499 at the time, I just couldnt justify the 110 for the Kinect sensor.
