Rename Windows 10 user folder

I want to rename my user folder in windows 10 because it is not using my full name. How can this be done? I want to change it to Edmond because it is now called edmon.

Doesn't look like this is as straightforward as earlier versions of windows.
I haven't had to do this myself yet but here's a discussion on it with things to try.
All I'd say is make sure you've backed up your data and taken a restore point.
