Howdy :) There was I thinking everyone had suddenly hooked up with someone. The thread was so quiet the last couple of days.

Ah, I know you wouldn't ;) All good here, thanks. I'm just glad to be off for the couple of days. I am definitely booking time off on Monday. How's things with you?

Fiestas mainly. I went to view one this morning, but the feckin' thing had just been sold. I'm in a bit of a pickle now with job hunting and car hunting. It's just trying to fit time in for the latter, and God knows when I'd get called for an interview. I have to sort things with my current job first, like seeing what more I can be offered.

Make sure to make time for you :)

Have you prepared yourself for an interview?

Oh yes, me time is important :)

Well, the only thing needed is time off, if an interview comes along. I'm sure I'd be fine in the interviews. So far, I haven't quite fitted into the criteria needed for roles I've applied for. I thought I was suitable!

I haven't seen his stand up stuff, but I've seen him on comedy panel shows. Funny enough, I suppose.

Who would be your favourite comedians???

I'm not too familiar with some current comedians' stand-up stuff, but rather just see them on panel shows or whatever. Two of the greats for me would be Jimmy Carr and Reginald D. Hunter. I know, I need to watch more stand-up routines from others.

I like the older comedians, such as Tommy Cooper, Dave Allen, Two Ronnies, etc. Jasper Carrott would be another, but there isn't much of his stuff on anymore.

I need to watch more of the comedians you like as some you mentioned I haven't heard of :(

I will say though that I don't like Tommy Tiernan, sometimes he goes to far for a laugh, no need to insult people ;)

You might like them. No, I wouldn't be a Tommy Tiernan fan either. The older comedians were clean, yet quite funny. Some of the current ones aren't as funny, imo.
