      Today, I'm a lurker of TIL on reddit, was reading an article with a title similar to there is a town in Australia where 200+ people live in abandoned mines, which have electricity/plumbing, and often find Opal while renovating! I thought that was amazing!

      Answered this once here already. There are lots and lots of different planets besides Earth, so surely this can't be the only planet with living beings on it. A lot of people associate the word alien with a green midget - I don't think that's what they look like.
