At least we are actually creating something I guess.

Sturridges feet move twice as fast as the rest of the team can think.

He's not a centre mid, who knew. He's only 29 and never played there.

I am talking about basic passing and crossing of the ball.

Moreno is the greatest man in the world

Man I love when Moreno runs with the ball like that.

Why Moreno hasn't started sooner is mystifying. Almost as confusing as Sakho's omission for so long.

I hate when he hits a defender with the ball after it.

He's not a great defender, wing back suits him well.

Moreno as a wing back makes sense. Not as confident when he's LB with 4 at the back

Some good moments but its all heart and no head.

Milner’s been involved in everything... Not sure if that's good or not.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,960 ✭✭✭✭Osmosis Jones

At least we're seeing the obvious benefits of playing with two strikers. Created more chances in that half than we have in our past few games combined.

Good job he rarely involves them.

Sakho must have intercepted everything and made almost every pass.
Can and Skrtel also look decent, though Can at RCB is basically a waste I'd swap him for Milner and bring on Gomez nearly.

    So ponderous in possession

    No real tactics from Liverpool.

    I miss Suarez.

There set up well. You can't blame Rodgers today. The players haven't been good enough.

    Of course Rodgers is culpable.

    His players, his game plan.

Huge rush to get it from back to front, we could try and knock it around in midfield and look for the '' right'' opening, it's all too brainless at the minute.

ings to be better in 2nd half

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,909 ✭✭✭brevity

    Ings? For Benteke?

    Hamstring :(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,221 ✭✭✭mada999

playing ok... we are very slow at moving the ball in midfield, Lucas not creative enough at all...need someone in there to provide a bit of movement and show for the ball and then move it out to the wings or further up to Coutinho... need some one touch pass and move tbh..

Have to say Sakho looks very assured on and off the ball imo..

    need 3pts here big time..

Ings for benkete, hamstring precaution I imagine.

Also means Liverpool will surely end up with one up front after 75 mins of so.
