    hi all decided to kick the smokes today (25 a day)

    Got myself an ecig and 24mg juice , so far so good .

    quick question : is it ok to vape while on nicorette patches does anyone know ?

    I've never used them so I couldn't be 100% sure, but I'd imagine that with that high a nic strength in the juice, you could be susceptible to nicotine overdose. You might be ingesting too much and feel sick or dizzy, hopefully someone has further information for ya

    I have never done both,only because the patches did absolutely nothing for me until I took up vaping with 36mg nic & that cured my cravings straight away,moved down to 24mg after 2 weeks & that worked a treat,imo,just get rid of the patches & keep to 24mg nic in one tank & get yourself another tank & use 18mg.
    60 rollies a day for over 40 years & it was so easy for me to give up the analogues.

    It's usually considered a big no-no to consume any nicotine products while using a patch. This is due to the continuous delivery of nicotine via the patch and potentially overdosing, pushing blood pressure up etc.

    Doctors tend to under-prescribe the nicotine patch strength and this drives people to get their fix elsewhere.

    Take 1 or 2 months on the 24mg vape and this will move you away completely from the idea of smoking. After that reduce the strength and you won't even notice.

    thanks for all the help lads :) il stick with 24mg for a month and gradually move down to 0mg hopefully before 2016 !! :) thanks for all the help :):D:D

    No analogue in 3 days so far so good !! :)
