Paypal Skype payments

    Can anyone help please . Not sure if I'm in the correct site . New to boards. I have a Skype account and had a recurring payment through PayPal both of which I cancelled with confirmation form each by email. However they are still taking money from my account via PayPal??? How can I stop this? It is impossible to get a reply from Skype and I can not see the transaction on my PayPal account.

    Is Skype set up to auto-top up when you go below 2 euro?
