just wondering the 25% bonus pre match kick off with bet365 offer which i got back in early august.
if i just deposit €400 and voila i get €100 bonus yes, what if you just place like a 8/1 bet and if your bonus loses surely the complete offer is terminated and that means you can withdraw your original €400 back to your card or is this not allowed?

    anyone please

Actually liking the look of the 6/5 on Crew, dallas's missing players will hurt more in my opinion, a 17 and 18 yr old starting on the wings.

    anyone please

I don't think you can bet with the bonus until you've bet something like 3 times the amount of the bonus.

So if you deposited 400 and got 100 bonus and then placed a bet for 100, you would only be able to withdraw 300 and the bonus would stay in your account until you've bet enough to withdraw.

Not 100% sure but I think that's how it works.

    anyone please

you must turn over you qualifying deposit once before they'll let you bet
with you bonus for starters so 400 is what you need to bet

if only it were that easy :)

I dont understand so last night i placed a bet with bet365 of a single consisting of an asian handicap bet of -1.0 to italy, definitely knew the bet lost as they only won by a goal and amazed to see €15 returned back to my account?

Where as with paddypower whenever i place a handicap of -1 and the team only wins by a goal i never get refunded? :(

Bet365 use asian handicap in a lot of their markets (google it if you need)
Basically you get a refund if your bet ends in a draw.

The OLBG site is really useful for explanations of the various bets. Certainly the way they explain Asian Handicaps and the like.

Anyone else think Ireland are a bit too short at 1.53?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,860 ✭✭✭✭inforfun

Fancy Albania tonight against Portugal for at least the DNB and DC at 3,5 and 2 respectively.
Havent lost a game in that group and won away to Portugal as well.

It was the first thing to come to mind looking at the odds for the game, I think thats too short a price - although I don't know if I'd take it on. The Georgians have a woeful away record, only winning one of the last 22 away games (against Gibraltar). Ireland have won every game in the H2H going back to 03 on soccerway.

Would georgia not to score be a good bet?

    You went ahead with that?

    Crazy bet imo.

    Well played I suppose.

Yeah. Went according to plan and enjoyed my 110% ROI. My sole intention with this bet was to increase the odds on Germany as I considered them the weakest of the five (although the Czechs gave me a right scare) but obviously still fancied them to win.

On to today........ Romania look a decent price against a hapless Greek side. They have met 6 times in Romania with the home side winning 4 and drawing 2. Romania have already beaten them in the group in Athens. Greece seem to be in total disarray as a football team (and indeed as a nation) and are in some sort of free fall regarding results in this group.

It is almost as if the 10/11 generally available on Romania is too big and that always makes me ponder.

Personally I would have priced Romania about 8/11

    Thoughts on this please

Ireland Germany double at evens is tempting me.

    Edit: Confirmed bets:

    Ireland/Germany double, just over evens
    Albania +1 19/20
    Ireland win 2-0 9/2
    U2.5 Ire V Georgia 3/5

Sorry JBT, would have replied in last post but I was on my phone.

Think that's a very generous price for Romania, but then again so was Wales last night, had a blessing in disguise of being in work and forgetting to back Wales thank god. But those odds are very nice.

    Armenia Denmark BTTS Yes 5/6

Third home game/away game for Armenia and Denmark respectively in this group.

Both teams have scored in both of Armenias home games and Denmarks away games.

Hopefully a winning start to the day.

Good luck if you choose to follow.

    Hi Lads

Any thoughts on Ireland -3 corner handicap. Ireland love their corners and will be buoyed up by Friday nights results.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,104 ✭✭✭✭mailburner

romania have to be taken at evens given how bad greece have been

I was gonna back Irish corners myself. I think they're a good shout to get 7+ tonight. However I noticed that Georgia can notch a few corners themselves so I'm going for the overall corners market instead. The line is set at over 10 at 6/5 which I think is good value.

Absolute tosh. I think there must be a strategy in backing 0 - 0 draws in these qualifiers. Seems to be quite a few.
