How do you access student mail?

    I find the UCD website the most complex and non-user friendly to the point of frustration. Has anyone else had such issues??

    At the moment I am trying to access my official 'UCD Connect' student mail account, but for the life of me can't work out where it is. I would appreciate if someone would be so kind to direct me.

    Www . ucd . ie / connect and then mail is up the top right hand corner

    Is it your student number you enter into 'UCD ID'?

    It has never given me a UCD Connect username.

    Yup your CAO number and your password is you're date of birth like DDMMYY :)

    I've entered in my date of birth in both fields. No luck.

    It's actually a post grad I'm doing.

    I've had it with UCD web infrastructure. I can't do anything on it (even order a parking permit).

    They've recently redesigned it too. Having given the new one a while, it just seems to be a clunky thing. The old one was pretty sprawling and full of useless tidbits, but was more immediately functional than this thing.

    I got to that, but when I was click 'Continue' to proceed to the payment page it becomes unresponsive.:(

    This is ridiculous. I can't even find the timetable I helped shape 2 weeks ago. Neither can I find when lectures start. I hate UCD.
