France's confirmed line up for the friendly against Portugal

Lloris - Sagna, Koscielny, Varane, Evra - Cabaye - Sissoko, Pogba, Matuidi - Fekir, Benzema.

so basically 4 central midfielders and two strikers up front :pac: I don't see how we're going to create chances that way, add to that Sagna who's useless now and Evra who always sucks with the NT, I can't see us win tomorrow.

Kazakh football is on the rise up the middle of the championship. Czechs championship has just started. And in European competition Kazakh team was very good.

Read a few posts up.... Iceland DC @3,4 last time i checked on bet365.

Hiddink might have been kicked to the curbs, we have now Danny ****ing Blind in charge who manages to pick players with 8 matches eredivisie behind their name.

I am amazed he didnt make his son captain yet. it is really the stuff i saw happening around me when was playing as a very young kid. The son of the guy helping out behind the bar gets picked before the guy who can actually play.

Lost 2-0 away and you might think, Holland must have been missing players....

    Eh... no.

A draw will be a very good result for Iceland and i suppose that is what they will be aiming for. They will want to win if thy can but they will definitely settle for a draw.

    Edit:
Nice little detail i just found.
Winning your first match as a Dutch manager seems to be a problem.
Last one who did that was Frank Rijkaard in 1998.

After that Van Gaal (2x), Hiddink, Advocaat, Van Marwijk, Van Basten all didnt win their first match in charge.

    Blind's "career " as a manager

Brilliant appointment by the Dutch FA.
Blind managed the Dutch, 3rd in the WC 13 months ago, to their first defeat in an EC qualifier in 52 years.

That was a good pick too you'd have imagined one of Fellaini / Naingollan would have picked one up ,it needed Bosnia to hold onto the lead another while

Even more so than you thought!:P Saw a couple of tips sites backing an Iceland win and thought 'yeah right'...

It is not the players that are ****. It is management (it is always management, in every situaion, sports or not).
Same players who finished 3rd i nthe WC last year now all of a sudden are ****?
    Not a chance.

I am absolutely no fan of Van Gaal but he looked at what he had avialable to work with and created a team according to their strong points.

Now there are 2 complete an utter idiots in charge who wanted to play according to the "Dutch school" (4-3-3) but there reall yarent the players for that style anymore.

So last night Blind started 3 up front, Huntelaar who is very much depending on crosses because he is **** at combination football. And who are o nthe wing? Depay and Robben, who both like nothing better than going in side and shoot on goal.

Even a ****ing child can see that that goes wrong.

    /rant.

Making money of this but that, only time i can remember i had a pre match bet wrong since the WC was away to Latvia where i though Latvia would score. But that is not the point.

The best Italian ref in the business Rizzoli is taking charge of Germany Poland tonight , the line is set at over 3.5 8/13,don't think you'll ever get a line as low for a game he's in charge of.. There should be a bit of bite In this game with both teams looking for top spot in the group ,there's plenty of players on both teams to get stuck in. The last meeting in Poland produced 5 bookings ,I'd even think over 4.0 is a good bet at 1.950, that should be a refund at worst .

Treble (im long due a win!)
    Gibraltar v Ireland Over 4.5 Goals @ 4/6
Denmark v Albania Both Teams To Score - Yes @ 6/5
    Germany v Poland Over 2.5 Goals @ 4/7

Also backing 6-0 ireland for the laugh.

Would Ireland -4 not be better odds? Realistically chances of Gibraltar scoring are slim to none.

    Same odds.

I actually fancy Gilbraltar to give a decent account of themselves and as we've seen before anyone can score against Ireland ;)

Why?? Its a must win imo for Scotland.Georgia are playing for 'pride'. Scotland are on the up and know that a win here makes it very hard for us to get 3rd needing 4 points in our last 2 games against Poland and Germany to still only get 3rd spot(Assuming we beat Gibraltar and Georgia.)

I have a nice bit on Scotland, no lose situation because we have a great chance of qualifying if they dont beat Georgia.
