recent gen I3 or better
8GB
500GB+ 7200
1080 screen
and maybe some dedicated graphics just to be greedy.
and integrated web cam/mic.
That's all.

Probably not for anything with Intel, €600 tends to be the 1080p display entry price point.

Most laptops under that all have the 1366x768 resolution display (with rare 1600x900 models). Though if okay with AMD powered laptops those will get you 1080p at that price point, go to Lenovo Irelands website and filter via display resolution and you will get €500 laptops that meet your criteria.

However on eBay you will find plenty of used former top of the line Intel Core /i3/i5/i7 laptops that have 1080p displays and dedicated graphics if you can live with it being second hand.
