Not really a eureka moment but I never knew about the mass shooting in Tasmania back in 96 that led to Australia's stricter gun controls.
    What a horrible, horrible event.

Only came across it due to the Jim Jefferies video doing the rounds recently.

Green peppers are either yellow or red unripened pepper, red and yellow are different types, they don't have a 'traffic light' phase.

I saw a documentary about it, maybe a year ago. It was so creepy.

And cashews aren't nuts. It's a seed that grows from the bottom of a fruit. (which looks a bit like a pepper)

That the reason the capsule inside a kinder egg is yellow is because it is suppose to be the yolk!

Meh. When I was a kid, those eggs were pale green.

    .

They're also quite poisonous raw. The "uncooked" cashews you buy in the shops have been steamed, if they hadn't they'd kill you!

Neither are peanuts which means people who can't eat these don't have a nut allergy.

True - but you could still be fatally alergic to cashews or ground nuts (peanuts) -

    Yes it does!

In the cold one, it's Philidelphia, and in the cooked one, it's cottage cheese or similar.

^^, the more likely post in this thread should have been "I only just copped on cheesecake has actual cheese in it"

like "rice crispies are made from rice"
