Remove dried cement splashes from red brick?

Any ideas on how to do this? Due to sloppy workmanship

Strictly speaking concrete sets and doesnt dry.

Get the workman who did it to remove

Sandpaper would remove it but might make the area on the brick look fresh compared to the rest of the wall.

We used to do this by rubbing it with a similar Red Brick, but it takes a while
