Left or Right Handed, Which Shoe do You Put on First?

I'm Right Handed and always put my Left Shoe on first, but one time in a fit of spontaneity i put my Right Shoe on. It felt weird and unnatural, like i had opened a book and started from the middle, so i had no clue as to what was going on.

I'm out of work Injured, i may have to much time on my hands

Next time try putting your left shoe on first, it will feel unnatural. Same with socks.

Left handed - Right sock/shoe first. Feels unnatural the other way.

Have to do it that certain way or else I get a feeling of impending doom, like something bad is going to happen to me or somebody I know because I didnt do it the right way.

Nah, hip dysplasia in my right hip, so I'll put my right shoe on first as that's the more difficult one, then the left shoe
