    Take a closer look at the architecture and you will very quickly pin down the region. From there it's not so hard.
    The church in the background is very distinctive too.

    Ok I have definitely stood in a street very much like that waiting while the missus tried on clothes in a nearby shop.
    Thing is I try to forget those waits and now can't rember the town it was in.

    I am going to guess somewhere like Périgueux ?

    Ok there is some spanner on the internet I will look for, I will find and I will ...

    The git had filed a pic of that belltower under Beaune.
    I now know every street. :mad:

    BTW enda1, a lot of the architecture in that pic can be found in lots of other areas in France.
