God, I hate lamb, especially those fatty rack chops... :(
We seemed to have those fcuking chops every day when I was young :(
(Now, I know we didn't, just the days we did stuck with me) :(

Same as my father, he eats damn all meat after a highly carnivorous childhood . He hates marts and factories aswell after spending alot of his youth bringing cattle and sheep into slaughterhouses and the train station .
Milking cows , getting it collected and his cheque posted out was way nicer when he got at it , reckons he would sooner deal with travellers than tanglers and dealers ( butchers were alright I think :D )

In the door after having a nice night out at a friends 50th birthday party.
Got soaked to the skin making my way from the taxi to the house. It's raining hard here at the moment.
Soft rain with a few bevies, could be worse :D

I'd agree about the fat, don't like it myself, all our lambs grade fat score 3 so there's just enough to cook it...vendeens definitely have a different flavour.

Most lads here are hanging for less than a week but i might ask him to hold the next ones a bit longer alright . They were texels out of a suffolk and a galway ewe .
I wouldn't mind if rangler would sort me out with a vendeen ram either !

Still two ram lambs left here...don't be stuck

The draining systems in Dublin are woefully inadequate. I was in Drumcondra there a few years ago during the time of the widespread flooding up there and to be brutally honest the amount of rain that caused it is seen in other parts of Ireland quite regularly in times of bad weather. It would appear houses and developments were just thrown up without proper planning and thought towards the weather at all but shur that surely couldn't be the case :pac::P

sister in law lives in harolds cross in a lovely georgian house, it flooded a few years ago and their neighbour drowned in a basement apartment. They were very lucky they were upstairs when the flood waters came in. Apparently it will never happen again
