Anyone any opinions on who the best 5.5 midfielder to purchase is?

A few from Norwich are appealing. Howson, Redmond with Hoolahan just edging it.

I was expecting them both to be .5 cheaper. At some stage pedro may be in my team but otamendi is definitely completely overpriced.

Same I was expecting 6 and 8.5/9. If Pedro settles then definitely an option for a good Chelsea run but Otamendi is useless at 6.5 at 6 its not like there would be a rush on him strange pricing imo.

50-50 at the moment I think. A lot of conflicting reports out there, and it looks like he will have a late fitness test, but it's quite unclear atm.

    Anything for mobile?

Don't really use Chrome, Mozilla is my browser of choice.

Otamendi has to displace Mangala to get his start.

I downloaded it but it doesn't seem to appear in my address bar the way it's supposed to ?

I'm going with Darmian and Kolorov as 2 of my defenders every week, so here's some good 3-way £4.5m rotations in defence that may be of interest lads that I've looked at. GW's 3-10 inclusive.

Bournemouth, Leicester, Palace - AVL, LEI, AVL, SUN, wat, WAT, WHU, CPL

Stoke, Norwich, Palace - AVL, WBA, BOUR, LEI, BOUR, LEI, WHU, WAT

Sunderland (), Stoke, Norwich - SWA, WBA, BOUR, LEI, BOUR, LEI, WBA, WAT

Villa, Norwich, Palace - AVL, SUN, BOUR, WBA, wat, LEI, WHU, WBA

Any I have missed or any preference you have?

Stoke and Norwich certainly look interesting with the BOUR, LEI, BOUR, LEI games in GW's 5-8 inclusive - Sunderland, Stoke, Norwich is probably the best there as it gives you a home game every single week, yet I also want Bournemouth coverage due to their fixtures and attacking prowess of the full backs.

Bournemouth, Stoke, Norwich gives - nor, LEI, BOUR, SUN, BOUR, WAT, swa, WAT

That said, you'd only be playing the BOUR defender in 3 of those weeks.

Am I mad to be leaning towards SUN, STO, NOR?

The SUN, STO, NOR 3way also gives the option of WHU in GW8 when Man U are away to Arsenal and WBA and/or NEW in GW4 when the Manchester Derby is on.

I'd be inclined to stay away from Leicester and Sunderland Defence at the moment because I don't see them keeping clean sheets or bonuses.

I know it's a 4.5 investment and therefore you're not really meant to be seeing many CS but surely you should have some chance?

With Leicester you have some attack point possibilities with Huth or Morgan possibly getting a Headed Goal or assist through a knock down.

With Sunderland I think the order of the day will be keep it tight, keep it very tight. I can't see the defence (PVA) or the CB's being allowed forward to assist with that being priority number 1.

    My preference atm would be

    Francis
    Martin
    Muniesa

which gives you this coverage :

I think City keeping 2/2 clean sheets so far has pushed his price up by 0.5

Mourinho asked will Terry start Sunday: "Maybe. Normally he's fine. We didn't have one single word about [last week]. I explained at HT."

Premier League confirm that Benteke's goal should not have been allowed to stand against Bournemouth. His captainers can count themselves very lucky.

Between this and the first yaya goal against West Brom there is a lot of luck flying around already.

Have been on the receiving end of Yaya and Benteke captains from my rivals so far. I could do with a little luck!

Stuff like that happens every season e.g. Terry's goal against Everton two seasons ago.

You make your own luck in this game. Don't read too much into it.

Another centre back for West Brom to add to the rotation nightmare.

There's been a lot of betting movement today regarding Jonny Evans moving to West Brom too. A lot of cash is being put on the move today and his odds of moving there have been slashed to 1/3

They are after new signings a plenty. Fazio, Evans strongly linked and a 4.5m bid for David Marshall turned down.

Their backline will look different after the window closes and i for one won't be bringing Pulis defensive cover in with an early wildcard. Best to adopt a wait and see approach with them for now.

Well I doubt anyone was claiming it wasn't offside, everyone knows the goal should have been chalked off, Bournemouth were very unlucky.

Guardian preview has Martina ahead of Targett. Anyone heard anything about him possibly losing his place?

You probably get the luck but don't notice it, goals stand out - but there are bad tackles in games that get yellow instead of red, players should get yellows but don't - some keepers get save points, some don't, free kicks not given, penalty shouts not given in games.

38 GW's luck will even itself out - but you just might not notice it, as you don't analysis every aspect of your teams performance.

I think the end result would have been the same even if that goal hadn't counted. Bournemouth would not have with stood the Liverpool pressure if it stayed 0-0. Benteke was unlucky not to get a second at the end.

They don't have Anya in their preview either. Maybe including him isn't the best idea.
