Gardai enquiry

I've just been accepted to section 2 of the Gardaí, how long does it take to get to section 5 the fitness section etc, also what's the policy on tattoos, on my right arm I've a sleeve tattoo which stops before my wrist, so obviously not visible when clothed or in uniform etc, just worried about this, obviously its not…
